Buying land can seem scary, but it doesn't have to be. In the Northeast, we regularly deal with parcels of land that are vacant or blighted. Often, neighborhood groups and community members are willing to take responsibility for the land around them, but have difficulty navigating the purchasing process.

That's where we can help. On April 10th 2021, Groundwork NRG was proud to present "Before Breaking Ground: Community Land Acquisition 101," a virtual training geared specifically towards the needs of community members and neighborhood groups who want to acquire their own land.
