learn to earn (LTE)

Learn to Earn (LTE) is a fun and active program for youth ages 12-16. Youth engage in interactive workshops and activities that prepare them for real-world situations both in life and at work. In the summer, youth apply their learnings in a paid job experience.

Youth who complete LTE programming gain an understanding of team dynamics, goal-setting, community engagement/advocacy, emotional self-regulation, and basic financial literacy.

Youth have the opportunity to participate in programs during the Spring and Summer. Read more about each below.
